Meet Fergie - Our Egg Supplier Extraordinaire
When we first opened our doors almost four years ago, Fergie was just a 9-year-old with a passion for farming—and only 6 hens to his name. Fast forward to today, and Fergie is the proud owner of a thriving flock of 120 hens, all producing the freshest, most delicious eggs you'll find anywhere.
From the very beginning, Fergie has been supplying us with fresh, high-quality eggs for our bakery, helping us create the perfect pastries, cakes, and everything in between. His dedication to caring for his hens and ensuring top-notch quality is what makes his eggs stand out—rich in flavour and always fresh.

Her meticulous care and deep knowledge of gardening have transformed our cafe's garden into a serene and colorful haven, where guests can enjoy the beauty of flourishing greenery while sipping their favorite coffee or tea in our outdoor patio or to look out at from out cafe window.

Meet Mai from Dingle Milk - The Taste of Real, Fresh Milk
Dingle Milk is a family-run farm business, and Mai supplies us with fresh, high-quality milk straight from their herd of Friesian cows. They produce only the finest milk, yoghurt and cheese using milk from their own cows, ensuring that everything they provide is as fresh and natural as it gets. This is real milk—rich, creamy, and full of flavour
